The Ideal Group is professional in producing yew
paper. This kind of paper is a special industrial material for
making the filter tip of cigarette. There are two kinds of yew
paper. One is printing yew paper and another is coating yew paper.
The printing yew paper is printed by gravure printing machine that
the surface is very smooth and beautiful. It can be used for top
grade cigarette. The coating yew paper is processed by some coating
techniques. It is easier to make this kind of material. But the
surface is not so smooth and beautiful as the printing yew paper.
It can be used for lower grade cigarette. We mainly produce the
printing yew paper.
Generally speaking, the weight of yew paper
is from 33g/m2 to 40g/m2. And the specification of this material
is normally discal that is from 48 to 56mm of width and from 2000
to 3000m of length. When customer smoking, his lips directly touch
the filter lip of cigarette. So according to the sanitary standard
of food, the ink and the coating layer on the material should innocuous.
And the material should be water-resistant and wet intensity.
The
yew paper is developing very fast in China , especially the printing
yew paper. It has more market share than the coating yew paper already.
And the material is not only solid color any longer. There are multicolor
yew paper developed and the market share is increasing very fast.
Because of the environment-protecting requirement of the cigarette,
the stiletto yew paper, especially the laser stiletto yew paper,
will be the developing direction in the future.
